Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and parental responsibility

An account must be created and managed by an adult parent or legal guardian. Dreamseed is intended for children ages 2–10 under adult supervision. The account holder confirms that they have authority to create and manage profiles for the children added to the account.

2. Account and security

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password. You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of your password, and access to your device. Tell us promptly at destek@dreamseed.kubeworks.ai if you believe the account has been compromised.

Do not share a parent-gate answer or use the gate to let a child make purchases or other adult decisions independently.

3. Child profiles

You may create child profiles containing a first name or nickname, age, interests, and optional presentation choices. Enter only information you are authorized to provide and do not place sensitive personal information in names, interests, or story prompts.

4. Curated and AI-generated content

Dreamseed includes editorially prepared curated stories and optional stories generated with artificial intelligence. Generated stories are automatically moderated, but automated systems can occasionally produce unexpected results. The parent must supervise use and can report and hide a story in the app.

Access to content may vary by language, age, account state, publication status, and membership. Recalled or unpublished content may be removed for safety or legal reasons.

5. Dreamseed Premium

Dreamseed Premium is a monthly auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. The App Store purchase screen shows the localized price, billing period, and terms before confirmation. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple may renew and charge the subscription according to the terms shown by Apple.

During a valid paid period or an eligible billing grace period, Premium unlocks the eligible curated catalog and provides a generation allowance for that billing period. Unused periodic allowance does not accumulate and expires or resets when the period ends. Premium does not provide unlimited story generation.

You can manage or cancel Premium in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not delete previously generated stories or valid separately purchased top-ups. Refund decisions and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

6. Generation allowance and top-ups

Creating an AI story consumes the amount shown in the app for its selected length. Dreamseed uses any eligible periodic allowance first and then separately purchased top-up credits.

Top-ups are consumable in-app purchases sold through Apple. Valid purchased top-up credits do not expire merely because Premium ends. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be converted to money. Failed generation is handled according to the app’s refund-to-balance rules; Apple purchase refunds are requested from Apple.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Dreamseed or help another person do so.

• Do not attempt to generate unlawful, exploitative, dangerous, hateful, sexual, or otherwise child-inappropriate content.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, automate abusive requests, bypass security or moderation, or access another account.
• Do not manipulate purchases, allowances, credits, reports, or subscription verification.
• Do not upload or enter information that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not authorized to use.

8. Intellectual property and personal use

Dreamseed’s software, brand, design, and curated catalog belong to KUBEWorks or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the app and enjoy stories available to your account.

Rights in AI-generated output can vary by law and provider terms. You may use stories generated for your family for personal, non-commercial purposes, but we do not promise exclusivity or that similar output will not be produced for others.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, abuse, or protection of the service and its users. We may change or discontinue features, while respecting applicable consumer rights and valid Apple purchases.

10. Disclaimers, liability, changes, and contact

Dreamseed is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KUBEWorks does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated content will always meet every expectation, and is not liable for indirect or incidental loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
