Include a short description of the issue and, when relevant, the email address associated with the parent account. Never send your password, recovery code, or complete payment information.

Report a story in the app

Open the menu on a story’s detail page, choose Report Story, select a reason, and optionally add a short comment. The reported story is hidden on that device immediately and the report is sent for review.

AI-generated content disclosure

Personalized stories, narration, and illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence based on choices made by the parent and the child profile’s age and interests. Generated content passes automated moderation before publication, and parents can report it at any time.

The curated library is editorially prepared and reviewed. AI provenance is shown in the app where applicable.
